Agricultural Land Project-15 Country Homes

An option has been signed in Kent for the design and build of 15 luxury country homes. The land has been designated for residential planning and our architecture team are in negotiations with the local authority for outline plans to meet requirements. We expect to achieve planning in late 2019 and the build to commence in early 2020.
