Planning Permission Sought for 100 Seafront Homes

We delivered a 5 acre commercial site for a large developer for a plot situated in Kent with council approval for 100 homes. The expectation is that it will achieve planning and provide 100s of quality homes as well as jobs and accommodation for key workers. The plans may also include a commercial element subject to approval.
